My Story, From Lebanon to Switzerland

1994 - 2012

The Start Of My Journey

I was born near Beirut in 1994 and grew up in a small Lebanese village called Beit Chabeb.

The village played a big role in shaping who I am, helping me build the discipline that later took me to a professional football career.

At the same time, I always had a passion for computers, gaming, and technology, spending hours testing the newest tech and exploring how things worked.

That early curiosity eventually set the foundation for everything I do today.
2012 - 2017

Majored In Software Engineering

At Saint Joseph University, I specialized in software engineering and focused on building real-world projects with strong teams.

My final year project earned the Excellence Prize for Best Collaborative Project with a score of 18.5/20, highlighting my passion for delivering high-impact solutions.

This foundation launched my path into tech and startups.

Right after graduation, I designed and developed the first MVP for Jow, now one of the top food-tech startups in France and worldwide.
2017 - 2019

Masters In Entrepreneurship

Pursuing my master’s at HEC Paris was a turning point in my career.

My thesis, “The Lean Startup Process for Business Creation,” scored an A (17/20) and gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and business strategy.

During my time at HEC, I also found the inspiration for Cartel, a Slack app built to streamline team activities and events.

As Founder and CTO, I applied the Lean Startup Method to develop and deploy Cartel’s features using MongoDB and Node.js, combining strategy with hands-on execution.
2019 - 2023

My Salesforce Adventure

At Salesforce, I grew from a builder into a product-focused leader.

I spent some of my best years leading the architecture, development, and maintenance of 12+ e-commerce websites using Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Beyond technical delivery, I helped drive the Cross-Cloud Initiative, connecting e-commerce sites with Salesforce Customer Service Cloud to create better customer experiences.

I also co-developed the first B2C Commerce/Tableau Accelerator, giving clients faster access to meaningful insights through smarter data visualization.
2023 - 2024

Capgemini Switzerland

I moved from Paris to Switzerland to join Capgemini as a Salesforce expert, supporting presales and leading key implementations.

I led the first successful Data Cloud Proof of Concept in Switzerland, managing data ingestion, modeling, and unified profiles.

I helped secure B2C and B2B Commerce projects through tailored solution proposals and integrated Salesforce Net Zero Cloud to support clients’ sustainability goals.
2024 - 2025

Fatherhood

After Capgemini, I entered one of the most important chapters of my life.

I became a father, an experience that has been both humbling and the greatest source of motivation.

Even while managing a career transition and the pressure of supporting my family, this has been my best year yet.

I launched LDH Weekly, a newsletter about entrepreneurship and product building, and founded LDH Studio, my agency helping startups grow and lead digital transformation projects.

It’s been a year of challenges, growth, and building toward an even bigger future.
