Hey there! đź‘‹,
Today marks the 3rd edition of LDH Weekly, and I’m excited to dive in with you into two powerful concepts from Noah Kagan’s Million Dollar Weekend that can supercharge your journey: The Law of 100 and Rejection Goals.
If you’re new here, welcome! 2 weeks ago I mentioned that I’m a big fan of the book Million Dollar Weekend by Noah Kagan. If you’d like to read the email, just reply with "MDW," and I’ll forward it to you!
Also This week, you are 48 people to receive this newsletter. A huge thanks to you and I’m so grateful for your support! 💜
Let’s kick things off with a game-changing strategy: The Law of 100.
The Law of 100: Your Secret Weapon for Mastery
Mastery comes from doing the same thing over and over until you can’t get it wrong. Put in the reps, and let the results follow. - Alex Hormozi
The Law of 100 is simple yet incredibly effective: aim to do something 100 times.
- If you want to start a youtube channel, post 100 videos
- If you want to start a newsletter, write 100 emails (héhé, that’s me!)
- If you’re starting a new hobby like guitar or climbing, practice for 100 days.
The goal is to build consistency and volume.
Why 100? It’s a big enough number to force you to put in the reps, but small enough to be achievable. The more you repeat an action, the more refined your approach becomes, leading to better results over time. Think of it as the foundation for mastery—each repetition brings you closer to your goals.
By the way, I’ve added handy template you can grab at the end of the email !
Rejection Goals: Flip the Script on Failure
Action cures fear. If you’re afraid to do something, start doing it, and the fear will go away - Noah Kagan
Noah Kagan also talks about creating "rejection goals" to build resilience.
The idea? Set a target for how many rejections you want to receive. It might sound counterintuitive, but by focusing on getting rejected, you push yourself out of your comfort zone and into action.
Every "no" gets you closer to a "yes."
‍
Rejection is no longer something to fear; it becomes a stepping stone to success. And the best part? The more you get rejected, the less it stings—and the more likely you are to find that golden opportunity.
Here’s a cool challenge from Noah that you can try today: Go to any coffee shop or store, make a simple purchase, and ask for 10% off. Don’t say anything else. The whole point is to embrace the discomfort and push yourself out of your comfort zone. Commit to doing it today!" - Challenge From Million Dollar Weekend Book
Start by setting your Law of 100 goal and your Rejection Goal this week. Whether it’s reaching out to potential clients or pitching your product, the key is to take action. The more you do, the better you’ll get, and the closer you’ll be to achieving your goals.
I’d love to hear how these strategies work for you! Share your stories, your wins, and yes, even your rejections. We’re all in this together.
Catch you next week!
Cheers 🍻,
